Ring Announcer Brian and Ring girl Katie came out after the national anthem to start the show, but were interrupted by the Foreign Exchange. Uzi Akiva then sang the Isreal national anthem to thunderous boos until he was interrupted by Rick Knight.
SEBASTIAN BROADWAY def. RICK KNIGHT
A back and forth match, that saw Broadway suplex Knight (and himself!) out of the ring onto the rest of the Exchange. Cheating was rampant in this match, due to Uzi and Basse, and Broadway scored a pinfall over the triple-crown winner.
"Rowdy" Roddy Piper
"Hot Rod" came out to meet the fans. He told a few stories about the glory days of wrestling in Chicago, and told a few jokes. He mentioned how Ricky Steamboat could eat hamburgers and maintain his great physique while Piper was on an egg yolk diet and still looked out of shape. He then put over Ricky Steamboat's son, who was making his Chicago debut. This brought out Steamboat's opponnent Johnny Mac who mocked Piper's famous kilt as a "Skirt". When asked what Piper wore under the skirt, Piper responded "your girlfriend's lipstick". Mac then tried to attack the hall of famer who threw a few punches and tossed Mac out of the ring, to the applause of the fans.
JT Simmons w/Jenna Monroe def. DL Diamond Jenna made her first of three appearances to bring out the members of Simmons, Inc. starting with the founder: JT. JT was in rare form, calling little children scumbags and his opponnent fat. Jenna nailed DL's head with her clipboard while the ref was distracted letting JT get the pinfall. DREAM NIGHT TITLE
Fuzion def. Jay Phoenix (c) w/PL Myers A very hard fought match. Fuzion brought his whole arsenal of moves: super huricanrannas, Fishermans busters and tornado DDTs. Likewise, Jay Phoenix had his wide selection of suplexes that kept Fuzion grounded and of course, PL Myers helping him cheat. Fuzion did manage to pin Phoenix and thus becomes champion, at least until, Dream Night IX
Whiplash & Wally Wilde def. Eric Marx w/Johnny Mac & Danny West w/Jenna Monroe Monroe offered the newest member of Simmons, Inc. "The Dynasty" Danny West, to be "The Pocket Rocket" Eric Marx's parnter. Marx and West had some impressive offense including a spot where Marx hit a monkey flip on West, that made him senton bomb Whiplash. Eventually, the tide turned, Marx walked out on his partner and Wilde and Whip hit the tandem frog splash / turnbuckle leg drop on West for the pinfall. WOMENS TITLE
December w/Joe Heisman def. Kimberly Kash (c) Once again, Kash delievered a tremendous beating to December. The tide turned when Joe Heisman stopped Kash while she was climbing the turnbuckle. December tossed Kash off and then hit a jawbreaker to with the womens title a record third time. HARDCORE RULES
Butcher def. Vito "2 Fingers" Fontaine w/PL Myers
Vito came out with PL Myers at his side. Both Vito and Butcher brought implements of destruction with them: barb-wired tables, 4x4s with protruding nails, and even thumbtacks! Vito took early control, putting Butcher through the barb-wired table. The butcher fought back, handcuffing Vito to the ropes and nailing him with a ladder. Vito got loose, and set up two tables in the corner. PL Myers came in and Vito dodged a spear from the Butcher that put PL through one of the tables. An enraged Vito, locked an iron claw on referee Lou Tufano and slammed him through the other table. Butcher used the rememants of a table to knock out Vito and set him up on a table. He then climbed a ladder and dropped the elbow and...nothing happened. He climbed the ladder a 2nd time and hit a splash that put Vito through the table and gave Bucther the win. After the match, Lou Tufano was helped to the back and Myers had to be put in a neck brace and strechered out.
Ricky Steamboat jr. def. Johnny Mac w/Eric Marx Steamboat, jr. was clearly his father's son. A very impressive physical specimen who took it to Mac right away with those patented Steamboat arm drags. Ricky had to deal with Eric Marx's interferance, so he threw Mac out of the ring and then climbed the turnbuckle and jumped off to flatten both men. Ricky, did his father and the fans proud, as he pinned Mac clean that night.
Body Count def. Tom Heisman & Wilhelm Flannagan Tom and Wilhelm gave it a good try but they were in over their heads. Santanna Starks and Daniel Allure had Jay Phoenix with them as they hit their patented double team moves: The Body Count Slam, the Caterpiller stretch and finally, two Toe Tags on Tom Heisman for the pinfall. After the match they threw Tom out and put a garbage can on Wilhelm. They then flattened him with four chair shots, before ring girl Katie tried to break it up. It looked like Katie was going to be bombed onto a chair, when a young stranger ran into the ring and threatened the Connection with a chair, chasing them off.
MIDWEST TITLE
Joe Heisman w/December def. Steve Heisman (c) The two brothers fought hard right from the start, brawling out of the ring. The mysterious stranger with a clipboard who had been checking out the PCW superstars over the last show, slid Joe his football helmet. Joe went to knock out Steve, but Steve ducked and he clocked December who was on the apron distracting the ref. It looked like Steve Heisman was going to sucessfully put away his older brother with a roll up, but Joe reversed the roll up and got his feet on the ropes to prevent a kick out. Joe Heisman won the Midwest title but Steve chased him out of the arena.
Chris Styles w/Jenna Monroe def. Matt Creed Creed and Styles were well matched and it looked like Creed might get a 2nd pinfall win at Dream Night, when Styles struck. With Jenna distracting the ref, Styles threw powder in Creed's face and hit the running flatliner for the win. After the match, Jenna called out her "Secret Admirer" who had been sending her gifts at the last few shows. Creed took the mic and revealed he was her admirer and said he loved her. Jenna was shocked, slapped Creed and walked out with Styles who told Creed to "Stay away from her".
TAG TEAM TITLES
Mixed Breed def. The Foreign Exchange (c) Again, the fight went outside the ring, with Rion Skillz taking on Uzi Akiva and Sebastian Broadway, while Jean-Paul Basse took on Rik Rockett in the ring. The Exchange worked over Rockett, but the tide turned when Broadway got sent to the back by the ref. Rion tagged in and the Breed pinned Basse with their book end/flying clothesline finisher to become two-time tag champs. HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE
Shawn Davis (c) def. Jarod Priest This was classic speed vs power. Right from the bell, the two men went right at it trading punches. Priest has control for much of the match, throwing Davis out of the ring and into the steel barricade (Breaking it in the process). Every time Priest thought he had the pinfall, Davis kicked out. Davis went for a flying clothesline but took out referee Patrick G. He then pinned Priest after a back stabber, but by the time referre JH Shcmidt got out there, Priest kicked out. The back and forth continued, with Schmidt getting taken out by Priest who then hit the OMEN faceplant. Ref Lou Tufano came out, wearing a neck brace after the hardcore match, but collapsed trying to deliver a three count. He tried again, but Davis kicked out. Priest got a chair, but Tufano took it back, then Davis grabbed it and held it up just in time to block a green mist spit by Priest. He then tossed the chair to Priest, Priest caught it and Davis nailed a spin kick to the chair, which clocked Priest out. One flying elbow later, and Shawn Davis retained the heavyweight title against his monsterous opponnent.
